Hosting, Domain, and Website Building

Hostinger - Paid

Overview: A dependable ally in the digital domain, Hostinger offers cost-effective hosting solutions paired with an intuitive AI web building tool for non-developers.

Pros: Budget-friendly pricing, from domains to hosting and even a business email. User-friendly interface, it is very simple to use and easy to make professional looking websites with zero code. Robust performance, I use Hostinger for all of my domains (bought through them) and I host all of my website through them. Even my own developed Web3 app. I have never had any issues with them.

Cons: Limited customization options, occasional downtime for maintenance. In my experience this doesn’t affect the website but it means you cannot update it within the hours it takes for the maintenance, so not much of an issue in my eyes.

Experience: Hostinger served as the cornerstone for swiftly establishing my online presence. It can build a website via its AI tools within minutes, you can fully customise them and make them your own. Meaning you can have your own branded website, domain and business email all within a few hours of work.

Task Planning

Trello - Free

Overview: Trello orchestrates the symphony of tasks and deadlines with its intuitive project management interface.

Pros: Customizable workflows, meaning you can plan exactly what you need to. Cross-platform accessibility, this is great for when you have an idea and you are out and about. Add it in on your phone and load up your laptop at night to execute the idea and carry out the task.

Cons: Occasional lag in performance, I have found with lots and lots of tasks it can slow a little bit. But nothing unusable!

Experience: Trello became the conductor of my hustle orchestra, harmonizing disparate tasks into a cohesive symphony of productivity. I make each card the same, Idea, In-Progress, Testing, Complete. And I have done that since day 1, it works for me.

Promotional Content

RenderForest - Paid & Free

Overview: Render Forest offers a suite of tools for creating professional-quality promotional content, including videos, animations, and presentations.

Pros: Versatile templates, it’s as simple as finding a video you like and editing the images and text. Easy customization, the user interface is really easy to use, anyone can make high-quality videos and export them.

Cons: Limited free options, you can get a little amount of free options but these are really not worth using as they are very poor quality with a watermark. Occasional rendering delays do occur when the website is busy, it can take up to 15-20 minutes at peak times. But, grab a brew and wait it out as the results are worth it.

Experience: Render Forest served as my go-to resource for crafting engaging promotional materials. Its diverse range of templates and user-friendly interface enabled me to create captivating content that effectively showcased my hustle ventures. While the occasional rendering delays tested patience, the end results consistently met my expectations, making Render Forest an invaluable asset in my entrepreneurial toolkit.

Tutorials

ScribeHow - Free

Overview: Scribe How stands as the guiding light, providing visual step-by-step tutorials to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurial endeavours.

Pros: Comprehensive guides, allowing your community have have visual step by step guides is a must when carrying out non familiar tasks for the first time. Giving them the confidence they need to continue on their own. Did I mention that this tool is FREE! Also, the best I have seen on the internet.

Cons: You may need a little technical expertise to get the results you want. What I mean by this is, you need to add it as a Chrome Extension then start it. Carry out the task with no mistakes so the extension logs all your clicks and makes the step by step guide. You then add a title and description to each step of the guide. Not too hard but it just takes some practice. It could be difficult for people with little technical experience.

Experience: Scribe How emerged as my compass, illuminating the path through meticulously crafted tutorials. Despite initial hurdles of getting the tutorials correct, its wealth of knowledge proved instrumental in overcoming obstacles and achieving milestones. I use this a lot within my MatchedBetting4Newbies side hustle to show users how to set up their accounts and execute their first matched bet.

But for amateurs or even professionals wanting to make a quick high-quality design, it is perfect! Occasional performance issues, only a few times have I had the website go really slow and that was with a complex design with many many layers. Most people may have experience this.
